Q: I have all my files in a Que for downloading, but most of them fail to download?
A: As part of the piracy protection, when a link is activated by click on the download button, the link will timeout, meaning if the download has not started within a matter of minutes that link will expire. You must then click on the same button within your download page to generate another attempt to download the file.
Q: Why are you selling videos that your also giving away for free?
A: Here at CGDreams quality matters, even if the video is intended for free. In order to keep producing free training, we have opened up the chance for you to purchase the same video at a much higher resolution, which also includes a menu system for PC users. This helps us fund these smaller videos, while still offering free videos.
